The AI Opportunity Check is a structured decision-support tool designed to provide an initial assessment of whether a business use case may be suitable for further exploration, testing or validation with AI.

The assessment is based solely on the answers selected by the user and on a standardized assessment methodology developed by SYNNWERK.

The AI Opportunity Check is intended as an initial screening tool. It does not provide a comprehensive assessment of a company, project, technology, investment or regulatory environment.

Results provided by the AI Opportunity Check are for general informational and decision-support purposes only.

They do not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, investment, tax or other professional advice.

A recommendation such as PROCEED, TEST, EXPLORE or RETHINK describes the result of the standardized assessment methodology. It does not constitute an instruction, guarantee or professional recommendation to make, approve or reject a particular business or investment decision.

Users remain responsible for their own decisions and for obtaining appropriate professional advice where necessary.

The AI Opportunity Check may identify answers that indicate a potentially sensitive or regulated decision context.

A regulatory flag or the absence of such a flag is not a legal classification and does not determine whether a particular use case is regulated, compliant or legally permissible.

Users are responsible for determining which legal, regulatory, compliance, security and governance requirements apply to their specific use case.

SYNNWERK may modify, develop, suspend or discontinue the tool or individual functions at any time, subject to applicable legal requirements.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the website or tool will be free from errors at all times.

The website, assessment methodology, structure, design, texts and other content provided by SYNNWERK are protected by applicable intellectual property laws where such protection applies.

Users may use their individual assessment result for their own internal business purposes.

No rights to the underlying assessment methodology, software, design or other SYNNWERK materials are transferred through use of the AI Opportunity Check.

SYNNWERK does not guarantee that an assessment result is complete, suitable for a particular purpose or sufficient for a specific business or investment decision.

SYNNWERK remains liable without limitation where liability is mandatory under applicable law, including in cases of intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health.

In cases of ordinary negligence, SYNNWERK is liable only for the breach of material contractual obligations where the fulfilment of those obligations is essential for the proper use of the service and the user may regularly rely on their fulfilment. In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply.
